If you check the optional text messaging box on one of our forms (on our website or on our Facebook or Instagram lead forms), you agree to receive text messages from Cohen Mortgage, LLC (NMLS #2516231) and its loan officers at the mobile number you provided. These texts are about your inquiry and mortgage products, including follow-up on your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, document requests, and updates on your pre-approval or loan status.
