1. Kelly (loan officer) set the precedent from the beginning "We are going to do this together", and did just that! She answered EVERY SINGLE text, call, and email in a timely fashion. Her combination of expertise in the field and transparency put us at ease when buying our home - which is by far the most stressful thing we have done. Having her on our team was a boulder-sized weight lifted from our shoulders. She continues to check in, even AFTER selling. If you want people that care, go to KELLY!
2. Daniel (loan coordinator) is kind, punctual, and VERY quick in his work. The consistency of his hard work and dedication allowed us to close 4 days sooner than expected. He was reaching out to insurance agents and realtors on our behalf. Daniel made us feel comfortable AND appreciated. He explain that we made his job easy...yeah right. We could not have had a smoother transaction, thanks to Daniel!
