I'm Mitch Preston, a licensed Loan Officer with Cohen Mortgage. I've spent a long career in and around the mortgage business, and the biggest lesson it has taught me is a simple one: the best outcomes start with understanding what a client actually needs, before anyone starts talking about loan programs.
My job is to make the process clear. I'll walk you through your options in plain language, give you honest answers, and keep you informed at every step—whether you're buying your first home, refinancing, or weighing a move. Licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida, I work with clients across all three states.
